The over-the-counter cold medicine I use the most is Pancol A.
There are various types of cold medicines, but I think the most commonly used one is Pancol A.
When you suddenly feel a cold or flu symptoms during holidays or late at night,
Since it's easy to find at convenience stores, I mainly take Pancol A.
The main ingredient of Pancol A is acetaminophen, so it is effective for fever reduction and pain relief.
And since it's in liquid form and absorbs quickly, I mainly use it because one bottle seems to quickly improve the initial symptoms of a common cold.
So, I looked it up just in case there might be side effects.
Firstly, since it contains phenylephrine, individuals with cardiovascular disease, diabetes, glaucoma, asthma, or bronchitis should be cautious.
Secondly, since it contains caffeine anhydrous, it would be better for those who are sensitive to caffeine side effects to avoid it.
Third, drowsiness may occur as a side effect of antihistamines.
It's easy to access, so I used to buy it occasionally, but after seeing the side effects, I realize I shouldn't overuse it.
That's all! This is my write-up about Pancol A, the comprehensive cold medicine I mainly use^^
