I practiced at a university hospital as an intern, resident, and clinical instructor, followed by serving as an adjunct professor. As a certified obesity specialist by the Korean Society for the Study of Obesity, I determine the direction of treatment by examining body composition, appetite patterns, actual food intake, and metabolic indicators together, rather than relying solely on the number on the scale. I believe that drug therapy is a process of finding the minimum effective dose that allows patients to maintain their daily lives while achieving therapeutic effects.
