If the side effects of Wigobi or Maunzaro are severe, do I absolutely have to stop taking the medication?

It seems there are more people around me experiencing side effects from Wigobi and Maunja than I expected. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, indigestion, fatigue, insomnia, and so on.

But I'm wondering, if the side effects are severe, is it correct to stop taking the medication? Or is it okay to endure it and continue taking it?

The types and severity of these side effects vary slightly from person to person. So, even for those with severe side effects, if the side effects themselves do not pose a major health problem, I don't think they will develop serious health issues if they endure the pain and continue taking the medication.
