Is it okay to drink alcohol while getting the Wigobi?

I am wondering if it is safe to drink alcohol while using Wigobi or Maunzaro. I would also like to know if drinking could affect the efficacy or weight loss effects of the medication, or if it could increase the risk of side effects such as nausea or hypoglycemia. Additionally, please let me know if there are any foods or lifestyle habits that I must absolutely avoid.
