Treating gum disease with gum massage, helpful toothpaste, and nutritional supplements

I neglected my gum care due to my busy lifestyle. As a result, my gums swelled, bled when I brushed my teeth, and had bad breath. I felt like it couldn't be helped, so I dedicated myself to treating my gum disease for over six months. Now, my gums don't swell or bleed when I brush my teeth.

First, to treat gum disease, I always use dental floss and interdental brushes and brush my teeth properly. When brushing, I brush gently towards the gums. Also, to treat gum disease, I avoid eating anything, even just a little, as it has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. I got into the habit of using mouthwash.

Second, I have been looking for gum massage methods to treat gum disease. Gum massage improves blood circulation and It was good for relieving inflammation and maintaining elasticity of the gums. Wash your hands thoroughly thumb or index finger Gently press the gums with The upper gums are from top to bottom Press Press the lower gums from bottom to top . Draw a circle on one area It would be good to do it for about 5 to 10 seconds. And To treat gum disease Sesame oil or coconut oil I heard that applying 1-2 drops to the gums and massaging them also helps, and I liked that it was less irritating.

Third, To treat gum disease, I searched for a good toothpaste and used it. When choosing a toothpaste, I looked for cetylpyridinium chloride and aminocaproic acid. , It's good if it contains sodium fluoride. To treat gum disease I used Sensodyne Gum Care and Amore Median Gum Toothpaste and they were good.

Fourth, To treat gum disease, good I consistently took vitamin C, vitamin D, and calcium. Vitamin C helps restore gums, and vitamin D and calcium protect the alveolar bone.

I have been making these efforts consistently for over 6 months and they have been a great help in treating gum disease, so I plan to continue doing them in the future.
