Does the skin sometimes become dry after receiving Density?

My skin isn't as elastic as it used to be these days, so I'm looking into Density.
However, I tend to have severe internal dryness.
Even though I apply basic skincare products thoroughly, my skin feels tight by the afternoon.
I'm wondering if dryness can get worse after a lifting procedure.
Would it be a good idea to take good care of my skin's moisture starting from before the procedure?
