I have slightly thinner side cheeks; are there any side effects of Density 600 Shots, such as cheek hollowing?

I have little fat on my face and my skin is on the thinner side, so I can't even bring myself to consider ultrasound procedures like Ulthera because I'm afraid it might cause hollowing in my cheeks.

I am drawn to Dencerty, a high-frequency treatment, because it is said to increase skin density both inside and out rather than burning fat; however, I am concerned that receiving 600 shots with a high energy intensity might cause a side effect of sunken cheeks.

For those of you with thin cheeks like me, did you see the effect of your skin tightening without any hollowing out after getting Density?
