The doctor looked at me and said that my throat was very swollen and my nose was starting to swell.

Since I am a high-risk patient, they recommended that I get tested for COVID-19.

As someone who raises children, I like certainty...

My husband said he got tested yesterday and that he would do it, and fortunately the test results came back negative...

He said that it didn't seem like the flu, but rather acute pharyngitis, and asked if I should get a butt injection if I also had muscle pain.

I readily agreed. It was really painful and difficult.

I was grateful that they were taking extra care because I was a high-risk patient.

Thanks to that, I got the shot and felt much better, to the point where I was able to move around in the afternoon.
