I was worried because I was receiving physical therapy from an orthopedic surgeon for shoulder pain, but the pain persisted. Then, an acquaintance of mine recommended that I go to a Korean medicine clinic for treatment, so I visited a local Korean medicine clinic.
During the consultation, the director looked after me kindly and guided me to the treatment room. The first treatment was a hot pack for 10 minutes. Then, the director came and applied acupuncture and cupping to my shoulder. Then, he turned on an infrared lamp and I had to lie down for 15 minutes. After the needles were removed, I received 10 minutes of electrical treatment. Then, the nurse finished the treatment. She was very kind and nice.
I think it's because of the swelling, but the pain has improved a lot, so I plan to visit twice more to receive treatment.
