Anyone recommend diet herbal medicine or medication in Daejeon or Cheonan??

As I get older, dieting has become really difficult for me ㅠ

I tried appetite suppressants before, and they really worked perfectly, but every time I stopped, I gained weight again, haha.

Still, I went back to that clinic after a few years, and it was the clinic in Jiksan, but the door was closed, unfortunately. ㅠㅠ

Is there anyone who has taken diet pills and seen results in the Cheonan or Daejeon area? If so, could you recommend them?
