Are there any hospitals in Daejeon that prescribe hair loss medication for women?

I think I saw somewhere on the internet that hair loss medication is not often prescribed to women. Why is it that women are not easily prescribed these medications? Are there any side effects?

I am taking 영영제, but I am now wondering if I should start taking hair loss medication... Once I start taking hair loss medication, do I need to continue taking it consistently??

Please let me know if there is a famous hospital in Daejeon that prescribes hair loss medication.
