Is there a hospital in Daejeon that prescribes hair loss medication for women?

I think I saw somewhere on the internet that hair loss medications are not often prescribed to women. Why are they so reluctant to prescribe them to women? What are the side effects?

I'm taking my daily vitamins, but I'm wondering if I should start taking hair loss medication now... Once I start taking hair loss medication, do I have to keep taking it consistently?
