You can make a reservation, so if you go on time, you can receive treatment with little to no waiting time.

The inside of the hospital feels neat and tidy. The nurses also seem to be very kind and helpful in guiding patients.

I went to the dentist because I felt pain in my lower left molar, and I found out I had a cavity. I usually brush my teeth immediately after waking up in the morning, and I also brush and use a water pick 30 minutes to an hour after meals, so I thought I was managing my oral health well. I was very surprised to hear I had a cavity. So I asked the doctor. I don't smoke or drink alcohol, and I don't even drink coffee much, and I brush well, so I asked why I still had cavities. The doctor explained that just as people have different skin types, the environment inside the mouth also varies. Even with the same care, the shape of the teeth, the oral environment, and how one manages it can make a difference.

In my case, I couldn't easily see any cavities with the naked eye, so I took an X-ray. While looking at the X-ray, they explained the condition of the teeth, the presence of cavities, and the treatment process.

And during cavity treatment, when you show the cavity condition with a mirror and explain that you will treat the decayed area a bit more, the explanation is very kind. Since the treatment is done while visually inspecting my teeth, I feel more trust and confidence.

The nurse also taught me how to brush my teeth and explained in detail how to use dental floss. Then, I had to choose between getting a gold crown or a resin filling for the molar treatment. While I was 고민ing, the nurse showed her own tooth and mentioned that she also had a gold filling, and since it was an inner molar and not easily visible, she recommended that I go with the gold option.

Dental treatment can be costly, right? I heard that even after cavity treatment, you can pay in installments without any burden. (You can come back next time and pay in installments.) I prefer to pay all at once, so I paid immediately, but for those who prefer to pay in parts, it's okay to do so. Also, they kindly gave me a few toothbrushes as a service^^

Doctors also use respectful language when addressing nurses, showing respect, and they explain questions from patients in detail. The nurses also kindly explain things, and they sincerely answer any concerns, which I really appreciate.
