I visited Hanmaeum Orthopedic Clinic near my home because my ankle pain had been persistent for a long time.

Perhaps because I went right after they opened early in the morning, there weren't many patients.

We had a brief consultation before the medical examination.

And I took an X-ray.

Fortunately, there was no problem with the bone, and it seemed to be an issue with the tendons or ligaments, so I was prescribed medication for now and decided to visit again after physical therapy.

It felt like they were providing thorough medical care.

I went to the physical therapy room and initially received far-infrared or heat therapy for quite a while.

And I also received some tingling electric therapy. And there was also a light therapy, but I'm not sure what it was.

Finally, I received the treatment because I was told it involved medication, but it hurt a little.
