The travel time and multiple visits were a bit inconvenient, but with consistent treatment, the freckles on my entire body have significantly decreased. They were careful not to use laser on areas with pimples, but they were very thorough. I wish they would offer promotions more often. With a reservation, there was almost no waiting time, and I was able to get in right away. The staff was also very friendly. I also liked that I could choose my drink.
