I was prepared for the usual 2-hour wait, but there were surprisingly few people today.
I visited this clinic because I had been taking medication prescribed by another hospital for over a week without any improvement, and I was very impressed by the thorough care they gave me from start to finish.
I felt confident because the doctor explained my symptoms in detail and calmly conducted the necessary tests (nasal and throat endoscopy) and treatments. I was also reassured because he re-prescribed medication according to my current condition. He also said that since it was sinusitis, I would need to undergo antibiotic treatment for at least 3 weeks.
I liked that they explained the main points without unnecessary words, and the staff were also kind in explaining nasal irrigation, so overall, it was a satisfactory visit.
