My shoulder started to hurt a lot while lifting things. Since I didn't have time, I looked for an orthopedic clinic that opens on the weekends and visited them. Since it was a medical appointment, I wrote down the medical record and waited for a while. Then I was taken to the examination room for a consultation. After taking an X-ray and checking the results of the photo, they said my ligament seemed to have been stretched, so I was prescribed an injection and physical therapy medication. There was no immediate effect after visiting, but after a day or two, I felt much lighter. There were many nurses and they were kind to me. The physical therapy room was separate, so it was comfortable, clean, and I felt like I received physical therapy in a friendly manner. I plan to visit again if it doesn't get better after taking the medication.
