I had an X-ray because my ankle was not feeling well, and they told me that I had an extra bone that could easily become inflamed.
Because my neck was not feeling well, I also received 50 minutes of joint manipulation therapy.
Please also teach me exercises that I can do at home.
I felt more confident because they identified the fundamental problems in my body (my pelvic alignment was off, so my shoulders were unbalanced, and the nerves in my arms were shortened—I don't remember exactly) and told me the cause of my pain.
It feels a bit cool after receiving it.
I plan to go get it again next time.
