I had knee pain, so I went in for an urgent checkup, and everything was fine. There was only one director, and he was very thorough. He listened to my symptoms and felt the pain by pressing around my knee to check the location and intensity. Fortunately, I felt fine, so he didn't conduct any further tests and prescribed painkillers and medication. He also said he could provide physical therapy if I wanted, so I received it. I was grateful that he asked me what I needed. The physical therapists were also very friendly and explained everything clearly. The treatment room was quiet and nice. However, I was a little disappointed that the physical therapy provided less than my previous rehabilitation department. They only did the basics (hot packs, ICT electrotherapy).
