My experience at Lux Dermatology Clinic in Yuseong-gu: Despite the friendly explanations, I was disappointed by the wait and the rudeness.

I received treatment for a skin condition. Almost two months later, I still had a scar and continued itching, so I went back for a consultation. The doctor prescribed oral medication and ointment. He examined my skin and even drew pictures to explain the situation, which made it easier to understand and was very appreciative.
But the wait is really long. I checked Naver reviews and it was spot on. I was two people ahead of me, but I waited for about 45 minutes. I think it's because they're doing procedures in the middle of the line. Also, some reviews say the desk is unfriendly, and they feel discriminated against. In fact, they're a bit rude. Many places don't treat general conditions, so I asked before registering, and they seemed to be displeased. I could tell they were being considerate. So, from now on, I'll just bring a prescription and go to a family medicine clinic.
