Please recommend a place that does a good job with single eyelid surgery.

I also know about Botox and fillers because friends around me have received them and recommended them, but one of my biggest concerns is a condition called seborrheic keratosis, which Lee Hyori also gave up on. I want to give up too, but it appeared around my eyes, and now a few have also appeared on my forehead and cheeks. Additionally, one side of my upper eyelid line has developed, and it's subtly bothering me.

It keeps spreading, and I want to remove it, but I don't think I've seen any laser treatments for seborrheic keratosis on the dermatology clinic's website.

If anyone has had or is planning to have a procedure, please recommend a dermatologist.
