It's been quite a while since I started walking 10,000 steps.
I have been working really hard and doing my best for the past three months.
I walked 10,000 steps.
But I haven't lost weight for a while.
Lately, I've been losing weight suddenly.
Worried that there might be something wrong with my body.
I'm a bit scared because I lose 1 to 2 kilograms a week.
I also applied for a health check-up.
Let's start walking 10,000 steps seriously.

It was really hard to lose even 1 kilogram in just a month or two.
