Does getting Botox change your facial expression when you smile?

I am looking into Botox for my wrinkles, but I am concerned that my facial expression might look awkward when I smile or speak compared to when I am still.

In particular, since I tend to move my eye corners and forehead a lot when I smile, I am wondering if a natural expression will be maintained even after the procedure.

I want to reduce wrinkles while keeping facial expressions as natural as possible. What should I focus on during the consultation?
