Do I have to state the exact amount I want from the start?

I'm thinking of getting a filler consultation.
I found it harder than I thought to explain the shape I wanted in words.

Saying “please make it natural” feels too vague, and
But I'm worried because even if I take a photo, I don't think it will look exactly like my face.
