Does the way facial expressions change after getting Botox also vary depending on the body part?

When I think of Botox, I only think of smoothing out wrinkles.
I heard that even with the same Botox, the change in facial expression varies quite a bit depending on which muscle it is injected into.

Especially areas frequently used for facial expressions, such as the eyes and between the eyebrows
I was a little cautious because I was worried that my facial expression itself might change, rather than just the wrinkles.

Is this difference actually quite significant depending on the body part?
