Is sagging or a foreign body sensation severe after filler treatment? I'm worried because it's my first time getting fillers!

Lately, I feel like my face lacks dimension, so I am seriously considering filler injections!

Since it's my first time getting fillers, I immediately got worried that they might spread to the sides or sag over time. 😭
