Square jaw Botox

I have a lot of fat on my face, and my jaw isn't a sharp square, but more like a rounded square.

If I want a slimmer face, will getting Botox help?

Actually, an acquaintance of mine runs a dermatology clinic and suggested I try it, but I'm hesitant.

I feel like if I get hit once, I might have to keep getting hit.
