Is there a side effect of lumps after getting nose fillers?

I think there is a lot of individual variation with nose fillers as well.

Some people have really beautiful results, but I hear there are also side effects such as clumping or the tip of the nose looking spread out.

Is the side effect of fillers clumping common after injections?

Seeing how many posts there are about dissolving fillers makes me a little scared.
