Do family or acquaintances notice the difference first after you get Botox?

While considering Botox, what I was most curious about was the reactions of those around me rather than the effectiveness.

I’ve heard quite a few people say that they are satisfied with it themselves, but others don't really notice.

I actually think it's good because it feels natural.
