Is skin Botox very painful?

When your skin condition is poor

I've noticed that my skin looks really good after getting skin Botox.

My skin condition isn't good, perhaps because it's summer.

I'm looking into skin Botox.

I heard that some people say it hurts a lot.

I assume I'll be getting an injection under anesthesia...?

I wonder if they feel pain even with anesthesia.

I'm a bit of a coward, so I'm worried.
