Does getting trapezius Botox get rid of the stiffness too?

My shoulders were often stiff, so I was just doing stretching, but then I found out about trapezius Botox.
For those who have received it firsthand, aside from the cosmetic effects

Does that heavy, stiff feeling in the shoulders also go away?
