(Question) What is the appropriate amount of lip filler to get a natural look?

My lips are quite thin, so I am considering lip fillers. However, I do not want a look that is too obvious; I just want to add volume naturally, making them look like my own lips. I am wondering how much volume I should have injected.

I searched online and found conflicting opinions; some say it's better to start with a small amount, while others say it's better to put in as much as you want at once, which makes me even more confused.
