Does getting under-eye filler really have a youthful effect?

I naturally have almost no under-eye bags, so my eyes look flat even when I smile; I am considering getting under-eye fillers.

When I read the reviews, many people say their face looks much younger and their impression has softened, but on the other hand, there are also comments saying it is too obvious or looks awkward when smiling, so I'm conflicted.

I am especially curious about how natural it looks.

It looks pretty in the photos, but there are reviews saying it looks unnatural in person, so I can't bring myself to make a decision.

Has anyone by any chance gotten under-eye fillers?
