Does getting Botox under the eyes reduce the appearance of syringomas?

I received treatment at a dermatology clinic for a long time a while ago to get a consultation for syringomas.

But I heard somewhere that if you get Botox in the under-eye area...

They say that it helps resolve skin problems in that area.

I get syringomas under my eyes, so I would like to try it if it is effective.

Does this really happen?
