I felt like the lip filler I got 5 years ago had all worn off, so I was constantly concerned about the asymmetry and lack of volume every time I looked in the mirror.

 

 

I wondered if my lips were originally this thin, and once I started noticing them, I kept stepping on them, so I ended up making an appointment at a dermatologist near Hongik University Station.

 

It was less than a minute from the station, so we arrived quickly even though the weather was extremely hot.

 

There were so many people in the waiting room that more than half were foreigners, but since it was a reservation system, I didn't have to wait long for the face wash instructions.

 

The washroom had things like hair dryers and magic machines, so it seemed like a good place to make an appointment after the procedure.

To be honest, it wasn't like it didn't hurt at all, but it wasn't as bad as it used to be.

 

After finishing, they gave me a bruise cream and a pack, but my lips were so cold that I couldn't even think straight.

 

During the consultation, I heard that Lorient filler is safe because it has high cohesion and purity, and I liked that it can be designed in a personalized manner.

 

I went with a design that included botox for the corners of the mouth, and I was amazed that the shape came out almost the same even without botox.

• Days 1-3: There was some swelling and bruising, so I was worried that it might look asymmetrical.

• Day 4: Amazingly, most of the bruises have gone away.

• Day 5-6: As the swelling went down, it started to settle down.

• Day 7: Now it has settled into its natural state, just as I originally wanted.

 

I think the asymmetry was due to the difference in the speed of swelling reduction, but I felt a bit more at ease when I was told during the consultation that they would retouch it until I was satisfied.

 

The speed at which swelling and bruising subside may vary from person to person, so it may be necessary to observe a little longer.
