Fever reducers are definitely Ibuprofen!!!

I always give Brufen whenever the child has a fever.

When you give them blue pen, the fever goes down after a short while.

I also tried suppositories... but it's too harsh... it brings back bad memories from when I was young.

These days, most medicines seem to be readily available, and Buropen seems to be the best, so many people are looking for it.
