What should I do when only the area around a pimple is dry and flaky?

I've been avoiding oily products because of my breakouts, but it seems like the surrounding skin is getting even drier. .

In this case, is it okay to manage the pimple separately and only moisturize the surrounding area? , I want to know if it is better to minimize irritation as much as possible until the flaking subsides. . Are there any dermatological treatments you would recommend besides home care to improve my condition? ?

뾰루지가 있다고 주변까지 보습을 아예 피할 필요는 없는 것 같아요. 
뾰루지 부위는 자극을 줄이고, 각질이 일어나는 주변은 순한 보습제로 따로 챙겨주는 게 좋더라구요. 
일단 피부가 진정될 때까지 각질 제거보다는 보습과 자극 최소화에 집중해보시는 게 좋을 것 같아요.
