Is it okay to go out immediately after getting laser treatment for blemishes?

I'm wondering if I have to go straight home after the laser treatment, or if it's okay to go out for a short while.

I heard that the skin becomes more sensitive than usual after the procedure and that I need to be careful about UV rays. Would it be okay to just leave the clinic, get in a car, or go to a cafe for a short while? If I have to be outdoors for a few hours, I am wondering if it would be better to reschedule the procedure.

Also, since I’ve heard that my face might turn red or the treated area might become noticeably darker, I’m wondering if it will be very noticeable to others when I go out. I’ve also heard that in some cases, you shouldn’t wear makeup immediately after the procedure, so I’d like to know if it’s okay to cover it up with a hat or mask.

For those of you who have received laser treatment for blemishes Did you try going out immediately on the day of the procedure? To what extent were you able to be active? Were there any particular inconveniences caused by sunlight or the external environment? I would appreciate it if you could share your experiences. I plan to schedule the date taking post-procedure schedule into account.
