My protein items are boiled eggs and tofu. I eat boiled eggs every morning. I microwave raw tofu and eat it morning and evening. At one point, my nails broke due to a lack of protein. Since then, I have been consistently eating eggs and tofu. My nails no longer break. As someone who loves carbohydrates, I find it difficult to consistently consume the daily recommended amount of protein every day. I do it intentionally.
