You probably have a lot of these exercise tools at home without even realizing it, right?~

I went to rehabilitation physical therapy because I was told my knee cartilage was not good. Then, the therapist first massaged the muscles around the cartilage that were tense to loosen them up.

And then, I was given exercises to strengthen the muscles around my knee, but the most important thing was to loosen up the tense muscles.

If it remains bundled together as it is, it causes pain, and when the pain worsens, it seems like people end up seeking medical attention.

 

However, during rehabilitation physical therapy, I also learned how to loosen tight muscles, so I am diligently massaging with a foam roller.
