The doctor and staff are all so, so kind that I come all the way from far away haha. The Apogee laser worked really well, and it didn’t hurt much!

They’re great with laser treatments, the clinic is clean, and everyone is friendly. I’ve even recommended them to my friends! I also like that the doctors are women. It’s really convenient to make an appointment during lunch or after work and go in right away!

Dr. Jung Eun-young saw me this time. At first, Dr. Jo Ye-seong usually treated me, but she was a bit busy this time, so Dr. Jung Eun-young did my cervical cancer screening. Since she’s a female doctor, I feel comfortable going there. Last time, I had inflammation and dryness, so I received laser treatment for about 10 months. The treatment went well, and I’m better now. They’re always kind and the clinic is clean, so even though I moved to another area, I still go to that clinic.

I went in for a national health screening and got some not-so-good results, so I ended up having a laser procedure. It’s a place I always trust, so I was scared, but everyone was so kind that I was able to go through it comfortably.

I was really concerned about my labia minora, and an acquaintance who had surgery with Dr. Choi recommended him, so I had the surgery too. Thank you so much for being so thorough. I’m still visiting for another condition, and he’s kind and takes great care of me.

I often struggled with frequent yeast infections, and I found this clinic dedicated to treating them, so I made an appointment and went in. The doctor was really kind throughout the consultation, constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable during the examination and procedure. I had the VenaSeal treatment this time, and there was almost no pain. They were very attentive and careful while proceeding, which was great. Most importantly, the doctor was really nice! She explained everything in detail and checked on my comfort, so I felt at ease. :) I made an appointment but had a bit of a wait, so I'm planning to arrive a little earlier next time to cut down on the waiting time.

It's over an hour away, but it's the clinic I always go to whenever I need something. Everyone is so kind, and they really take good care of me during my visits. They make sure to check only what’s necessary without any extra treatments. I also received laser treatment, and it was done quickly without any discomfort. I recommend making an appointment because it's usually busy. For some reason, it feels easier to talk since there are only female doctors here, haha. I can't tell if it's just my imagination, but the consultation fees seem lower than other places!! I don’t know much about gynecology, but they only recommend things that are really helpful, so I always end up making a payment without even realizing it, haha. Thank you always!

I don't usually leave reviews, but the ratings for this hospital are so high that I want to speak the truth. If you look up reviews from those who've actually received treatment at the hospital, you'll know that the care was very disappointing. I had labiaplasty, but I found the nurse's professionalism lacking, and the director seemed inexperienced and irresponsible. The surgery result was asymmetrical, and I'm extremely dissatisfied; it feels like I spent money only to gain more stress. The more serious issue was the hospital's attitude towards the mistakes. They did not acknowledge their errors or offer a genuine apology. Instead, they proposed follow-up measures and asked me to book another appointment. However, that measure turned out to be laser surgery, which ultimately had no effect. After the follow-up treatment, I was sent home without proper consultation. It was a truly disappointing experience, but since it's the hospital I chose, I don't want to invest any more energy into it. I sincerely hope that others do not go through what I experienced.
