Usually, before meals, vegetables or greens are eaten first.

I eat.

I eat seasonal vegetables depending on the time, and these days I am eating cucumbers, bell peppers, and carrots. Eating them before meals gradually raises blood sugar levels, provides a feeling of fullness, and naturally reduces the amount of food I eat, which is a win-win situation. At first, it wasn't easy to eat vegetables, but once I got used to it, I found the fresh taste quite good and I feel my body improving, which is great.
