When I wake up in the morning to go to work and try to eat breakfast, I can't eat well and can't eat much.
But if I don't eat and leave, I get hungry quickly, so I can't really leave without eating, and it feels quite awkward.
I'm not sure how others handle their mornings, but I start my day simply with a sweet pumpkin juice.
Cut the sweet pumpkin into four parts, steam it, then scoop out the flesh and put it into a blender. Add one pack of soy milk and half a spoon of honey, blend it all together, and then enjoy. It makes a hearty breakfast! Haha
Maybe it's because I eat sweet pumpkin regularly, so I feel healthier and go to work in the morning.
