Lately, my arm has been constantly aching and uncomfortable whenever I lift it, so I finally went to the orthopedic clinic. At first, I thought it was just a stiffness, but after the examination, they told me I had inflammation. So, I received shockwave therapy, injections, and physical therapy. The shockwave therapy felt slightly stinging and deeply stimulating, so I was a bit surprised at first, but after receiving it, I definitely felt the tightness loosening up. The injection was painful for a moment when I got it, but it was over quickly, so it was better than I expected. It was amazing how much lighter my arm felt after the physical therapy as well. After going consistently a few times, the pain I felt during daily life gradually decreased. I regretted not coming sooner, and I realized I need to take better care of it and avoid overexerting myself from now on.
