So, I purchased a massage ball and use it to massage whenever I have a headache. I lie flat with the round massage ball in the photo against my neck, relax my entire body, and then gently press and move my neck slightly up, down, left, and right. This makes my neck feel refreshed and gives me a clear-headed feeling, so I do it frequently.
