I'm curious about the proper posture to avoid pinching during exercise (question, expecting expert advice).

When exercising, you often experience joint discomfort, especially shoulder pinching. If left untreated, it can lead to injury, causing you to give up that type of exercise.

Is there a way or posture to prevent cramps that occasionally occur and interfere with exercise?
