에고 ㅠㅠ 많이 걸으면 잘 재발하는 건가봐요 봄이라 여기저기 참 다니기 좋은데.. 속상하시겠어요
Walking for a long time in an improper posture caused pain only in the right sole. It developed into plantar fasciitis. The problem is that it often occurs with age-related conditions and after walking a lot... When I was young, I didn't have such issues. Thinking back to my youth, I went to many flower festivals and autumn foliage viewing without thinking... and I even did aerobics without taking a break, so the outcome was predictable. Once it hurts, recovery is slow. I shouldn't have gotten hurt... Who would have known this would happen... Realizing the beauty of nature only comes with age, and my inability to grasp that and my greed were the start of this trouble. For a while, I restrained myself, avoided going out, and was careful, and after about seven months, I got better, but how can I live without using my foot? Spring has come again as expected, and even though I know the disease, I still walk around with ankle and sole insoles and wearing a brace. Because of that, my sole is again feeling hot. After taking hospital medication, the pain temporarily subsides... but fundamentally, I need to use my foot less, which makes the situation even more complicated. Why do cherry blossoms bloom so beautifully? No matter how much I try to ignore it, they irresistibly sway my heart. Therefore, my sole is suffering terribly.
