This time, Dr. Yoon Ji-young provided the treatment, and the doctors are generally very kind. However, it is quite a factory-type hospital, so there are some drawbacks, like the doctors changing frequently while treating the same tooth. You should expect to wait about 30 minutes even with an appointment, so make sure to allocate enough time. Especially during lunchtime, appointments tend to overflow, so I remember if I scheduled for 11:30, I usually entered after 12. It seems like it would be a good place for those who are used to factory-style service.

I went in because my gold crown fell out, and I ended up having root canal treatment and a crown placed. I expected the crown to be uncomfortable, but it was not painful at all. I didn’t expect to need a root canal. I was told that there was a 20-30% chance I might need it, so I agreed to the treatment, but then they said they were starting the root canal. However, I was very dissatisfied that the doctor changed four times while treating one tooth. It seems like there is no proper handover between them. I don't think I will go to a large dental practice again. Even with an appointment, I have to wait at least 30 minutes. I saw an elderly gentleman who waited for an hour and got so angry that he went to file a complaint, and I totally understand why.
