I slipped and fell on my butt while going down the stairs after looking at the distant mountains. My butt hurt a lot, maybe because it was cold outside, so I went to the hospital. After getting acupuncture and physical therapy, it's hurting less now. I think I'll need treatment every day for a while

I feel like my mom's health has been declining lately, so I went to get some herbal medicine. While I was there, I sat in a massage chair and got a massage, and also had my feet massaged.
