I visited because of a cold, and overall, I was very satisfied. The doctor asked detailed questions about my symptoms and was kind during the consultation, so I felt comfortable being seen. I also appreciated how they explained my discomfort in an easy-to-understand way. It didn’t feel like they simply prescribed medication; I liked that they took the time to look closely at my symptoms. The clinic was clean, and the staff were also quite friendly, so I think I’ll come back if I need to visit an ENT again😍 I’d recommend it as a good place for anyone looking for an ENT clinic in Cheongju. I was also satisfied because the medication seemed to be prescribed according to my symptoms, and after treating it for a few days, my symptoms improved a lot.

I visited because I have severe rhinitis and allergies. The doctor was a woman, and she was very kind and explained everything in detail. The nurses were also really friendly and nice. The only downside is that there are quite a few patients, but the waiting room is a bit small, so there were times when I had to wait outside.
