I went because my headaches were getting worse, and I really think I made a good choice. The people at the reception were so friendly that I felt good as soon as I walked in, and the hospital atmosphere was neat and comfortable, so I didn’t feel burdened while waiting. The examination was really thorough; the doctor listened carefully to each of my worries and explained everything in a way that put me at ease. I was especially scared and anxious because of the symptoms of a brain hemorrhage, but the doctor reassured me not to worry and quickly recommended going to a university hospital, which helped me get to the ER fast. I didn’t properly express my gratitude at the moment since I was a bit out of it, but thanks to them, I was able to respond quickly. I was really, really thankful…♡ The kindness was wonderful, and I could feel that they genuinely care about their patients, making it a more memorable clinic for me.

My father fell and injured his head, so we came in. When I was treated here before for a brain hemorrhage, they took such good care of me that we decided to come here instead of going to one of the hospitals closer to home. They’re always kind, explain everything in detail, and reassure us at the same time, which I really appreciate. I also really liked how they warmly welcomed us every time we came and made us feel that they genuinely cared. The staff at the reception desk were also genuinely pleasant and welcoming, rather than just being formally polite, which put me at ease. As my parents get older, I find myself looking even harder for a hospital that’s kind and provides good care. I’m relieved to feel like we can settle on this place for Neurology haha. Thank you for taking such good care of us.
